Home boasts 2 aircon/heating units in both living and master bedroom with standalone fans in each bedroom. Louvres provide natural airflow, underfloor heating in main bathroom, wifi, sky and smart TV. Internal lift from all levels (75cm wide) entrance. Large fully enclosed section with alfresco dining/patio at rear of property. We will provide coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. Kitchen appliances consists of coffee plunger, George Foreman grille plate, nutri bullet, toastie maker and electric beater. Kitchen is well stocked. Boiling water tap provided as opposed to electric kettle. Please note nightly tariff rate is based on 4 guests then additional $65/person/night thereafter, linen inclusive. Located a mere 5km from Raglan township this truly magnificent eco-friendly home boosts all modern conveniences of easy living; underfloor heating, fireplace, dishwasher, complete laundry, modern interior, extensive bifold windows and ranchsliders, designed to soak in the views from most rooms. North facing to embrace warmth and sunlight throughout the year, the ambiance of this property is hard to find in Raglan.

Well planned kitchen, providing tea, coffee, and sugar. Dining and lounge area entertainers delight capturing awe-inspiring views.

Enjoy alfresco meals on the deck cooking on webber.

This property is designed for the larger family or extended families – not suitable for young children 2-6yrs.

Please note twin bedroom can convert to super king bed by pushing 2 beds together, therefore, accommodating 3 couples plus 2 single guests in separate bedrooms. Please advise property manager of bedding configuration upon inquiry.

Raglan Golf Course is located 4 mins drive from property (standing on the deck you can see part of the course in the distance).

“Bond Money”: this has been put in place should any breakages/damage occur whilst staying at the holiday home. Once guests have left an inspection is carried out on the same day of departure and bond refunded in 7 days (on the understanding no breakages/damage have occurred).

G SPOT (Lower Level) – romantic getaway

Apartment, 1 Bedrooms, 1 Bathrooms, (Sleeps 3)

This north facing apartment has it all; views, surf, spa, privacy – absolutely the best location. Ideal for a romantic getaway for a couple consisting of 1 bedroom with queen bed and open plan living area with bathroom.  Alternatively to accommodate more guests rent upstairs (G Spot – Upper), combined apartments will sleep up to 4.

This property is not ideal for babies/toddlers or young children due to having G Spot Upper apartment upstairs, we prefer to accommodate couples wanting that special getaway.

Kitchen consists of fridge, portable oven with 2 hotplates, dishwasher, wall heater in lounge area and oil column in bedroom which keeps apartment all warm and cosy plus an aux cord from speaker to your device (laptop, phone), Sky TV and internet provided.

Modern interior with large bi-folding doors opening onto deck at one end with huge glass panels other end. Private location, so go ahead treat yourselves and come enjoy the ambience this magnificent apartment has to offer.

Natural waterfalls and rock features compliment the native garden landscape. You may even be fortunate enough to have our wee native bird, the kereru visit amongst the trees.

A truly well presented two story “retro” style holiday home with views of ocean and “Indicators”surf break. Only minutes away from Raglan’s famous surf spots; Indicators, Whale Bay and Manu Bay – all within walking distance – a surfers paradise, 8.5km drive (12 mins) from Raglan township.

This home has been designed to engulf sunlight (north facing) and sheltered from predominant winds. Enjoy the large deck upstairs which flows from master bedroom to main living areas and onto deck with bbq, kitchen is well fitted out with an open plan entertainers delight directly onto dining and lounge areas. Bifolds opening to outdoor living. Smart 40″ TV, LG bluetooth system via app on iphone/android devices.

Enjoy your own private spa (4 person) surrounded with pongas and ferns. Plenty of sheltered space for surfboards and other recreational toys.

Located at end of no exit road which allows for a quiet, relaxing haven to enjoy your time away.

An open plan entertainers delight. Alternatively to accommodate more guests rent downstairs (G Spot – Lower), combined apartments will sleep up to 5 guests.

This property is not ideal for babies/toddlers or young children due to having G Spot Lower apartment downstairs, we prefer to accommodate couples wanting that special getaway.

Wine and dine “alfresco style” on the deck, bbq, outdoor dining seating and private spa to indulge your senses.

Heating consists of wall heater in lounge and smaller heating in bedroom (if needed).

Aux cord provided from speaker system, simply just plug in your device and play music from you app.
