The space
This well presented villa is a charmer, tastefully decorated, with amazing views, whether you wish to enjoy the ambience of this villa inside, or out, you will be pleasantly delighted. Plenty of space for all to enjoy.

A heatpump/aircon unit has been installed in dining area which can circulate through home plus electric heating in both bedrooms. This villa is both cosy in the winter and lovely and cool in the summer months with good air ventilation of french doors and windows.

Bedding consists of Ecosa mattresses on both king beds and platinum range of linens.

Smart Samsung TV consists of Freeview channels. If you choose to use Netflix, etc, please log into your account to access this app.

A beautiful garden to enjoy, alfresco outdoor dining and bbq with well equipped kitchen with nutri bullet, food processor, slow cooker, plunger, electric and electric stick mixer. Basic items supplied; salt, pepper, coffee (instant), tea, sugar and oil.

A sun umbrella is provided over summer months over outdoor dining area.

Upon parking your vehicle, you will need to walk up steps, approx 25 over 2 platform areas.

We prefer to accommodate mature guests, 35yrs plus. Children to be supervised at all times during your stay.

Soundsplash festival stay, 3 night minimum, guests 35yrs and over (we prefer to accommodate responsible guests over this time)

WHALE BAY’S SURF MECA

Refurbished 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home situated in the heart of Whale Bay, a mere 2 min walk to Raglan’s famous surf meca. Spacious entertainer for extended families/friends alike.

Fully enclosed property designed with ease to access roof top with large deck to immerse the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Wet room/bathroom which is ideal for the passionate surfers who can come straight in from the surf, accessing from outside. 4th bedroom has been set up with 4 single beds which have 2 trundler pull out beds (ideal for kids), large bedroom easily accommodating “kids hang out” area.

French doors galore enhancing indoor/outdoor flow (7 in total).

Smart TV and bluetooth speaker provided.

We would prefer to accommodate mature guests 30+ years and over, families and/or extended friends.

Please note: Due to negligence from earlier guests, 3 of our front bifolds open towards view of the surf, the complete set does not open extensively. In saying this due to positioning of holiday home, it is most unlikely you would want to open up completely and will not make a difference to your stay in this lovely property.

A truly well presented two story “retro” style holiday home with views of ocean and “Indicators”surf break. Only minutes away from Raglan’s famous surf spots; Indicators, Whale Bay and Manu Bay – all within walking distance – a surfers paradise, 8.5km drive (12 mins) from Raglan township.

This home has been designed to engulf sunlight (north facing) and sheltered from predominant winds. Enjoy the large deck upstairs which flows from master bedroom to main living areas and onto deck with bbq, kitchen is well fitted out with an open plan entertainers delight directly onto dining and lounge areas. Bifolds opening to outdoor living. Smart 40″ TV, LG bluetooth system via app on iphone/android devices.

Enjoy your own private spa (4 person) surrounded with pongas and ferns. Plenty of sheltered space for surfboards and other recreational toys.

Located at end of no exit road which allows for a quiet, relaxing haven to enjoy your time away.
