Fully enclosed property designed with ease to access roof top with large deck to immerse the beautiful sunsets in the evening. Wet room/bathroom which is ideal for the passionate surfers who can come straight in from the surf, accessing from outside. 4th bedroom has been set up with 4 single beds which have 2 trundler pull out beds (ideal for kids), large bedroom easily accommodating “kids hang out” area.

French doors galore enhancing indoor/outdoor flow (7 in total).

Smart TV and bluetooth speaker provided.

We would prefer to accommodate mature guests 30+ years and over, families and/or extended friends.

Please note: Due to negligence from earlier guests, 3 of our front bifolds open towards view of the surf, the complete set does not open extensively. In saying this due to positioning of holiday home, it is most unlikely you would want to open up completely and will not make a difference to your stay in this lovely property.

BALI OASIS RETREAT

Welcome to Raglan’s piece of paradise, north facing 2 level home with a taste of Bali interior design. An entertainers delight with a large deck for all to enjoy (north facing), soak in the spa or simply just hang out in the games room and enjoy a game of pool or darts whilst watching music videos/sport via smart TV or you can choose to relax in style in the TV theatre room. Located on boundary of native reserve, 180 degree views of pure bushland, amazing birdlife and serenity.

Upstairs we have provided a single bed should guests wish to choose the option of 2 single guests (1 in double) in a room with 3/4 wall height, sufficient privacy.

Wake up to the sound of the Tui’s in the trees or directly off the deck in the flaxes suckling on sweet nectar, watch the kereru (wood pigeon) swoop across the skyline in search of berries plus hear the Moorporks at night – you cannot beat the tranquility and bird life this unique property has to offer.

Bryant Memorial Scenic Reserve track is located just up the road (2 mins walk), from here you can walk through the bush (which is your view from holiday home), cross over to Bryant Home and walk down track to Ngaruanui Beach, a beautiful walk which would take about 40mins one way.

Tariff rates are based on 2 guests only/night, additional $35/person per night.
Cleaning is compulsory and linen is optional @ $25/person/stay (hired in platinum range linens)
$500.00 “bond” money paid and refundable within 72hrs of guests departure (bond money is put in place should any damage/loss of items occur whilst guests are occupying holiday home).

Refurbished 3 bedroom home boasting an open plan entertainers delight. Functional kitchen flowing through to large dining area with internal stairs down to another living area. Perfect for families alike where you can virtually enjoy two living areas at once.

Both dining and living room have extensive deck space allowing for Alfresco dining throughout the day into the night.

Spectacular views of Tasman Sea, Manu Bay surf and views as far as the eye can see.

Directly across the road is Ngaruanui Track, approximately a 20 min walk each way to beach – a must do walk with breath taking scenery along the way.

Property is NOT SUITABLE for children under 10yrs due to deck railing, please do not submit an enquiry if you have children 10yrs and under.

You have complete ownership of home however there is a 1 bedroom apartment downstairs which is currently let to our caretaker. This has no impact on your stay as you are not sharing any outdoor entertaining areas.

Please note; zero tolerance with regards to PARTY guests. If you breach this policy you will be asked to leave straight away.

MURITAI WATERS incredible waterfront location

This beautiful well equipped property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac right on the waters edge overlooking the estuary with direct access using the recreational toys supplied.

Three bedroom home consisting of 2 double bedrooms on main level and large mezzanine bedroom upstairs . Open plan entertaining; kitchen/dining and lounge areas.

Bathroom facilities consists of main bathroom on main level (shower, toilet and handbasin) plus mini ensuite off main bedroom (toilet and basin).

A heatpump/airconditioning unit is your main form of heating/cooling with ceiling fan to help distribute airflow evenly. We also have additional portable heaters for bedrooms in each room.

Fabulous indoor/ outdoor flow onto large deck with outdoor furniture and bbq, perfect for those night alfresco meals enjoying sunsets with breathtaking views of Mt Karioi in the background.

We have provided, free of charge, 4 kayaks, 1 SUP board, 1 novice surfboard and 2 boogie boards, life jackets and wetsuits for you to use at your leisure.

Right at your doorstep you can enjoy “Kaitoke’s Walk”, this walkway winds its way along the inner estuary.

We offer free wifi. Also provided “Chromecast”. Using your smartphone or computer as a remote control, you can use “chromecast” to access video content from Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, the Google Play Store and other services. This is extremely useful for those who are familiar with this service (you must already have an account with providers).

From 1st May – 30th September, all beds have electric blankets, if required, plus excess blankets.

This property truly has the wow factor. The moment you come through the entrance to the open plan living you will be wowed by the impressive views.

C-Scape villa is an immaculately presented home boasting open plan living areas. Master bedroom has outstanding views to wake up to from your bed with access onto deck (enjoy alfresco morning breakfast), large ensuite with shower, toilet and bidet with full size walk-in-wardrobe. Two double bedrooms complete with wardrobes, side tables and reading lights.

Heat Pump/air conditioning unit installed and oil column heaters in 3 of the bedrooms over winter months. We have a ceiling fan located in main living area over summer period. Recarpeted throughout Jan 2018.

Free wifi.

Property is located 6.2km from Raglan township, 1.3km from one of Raglan’s finest surf breaks; Manu Bay or 2.5km to Whale Bay/Indicators surf breaks. Manu Bay allows for easy launching of boat (tidal).

Located towards end of quiet no exit road with off-street parking if more than 1 vehicle.

This home sits over two levels. Guests have complete use of upper level whilst downstairs consists of another villa (completely separate) which is currently tenanted, however do not let this discourage you as both dwellings are completely private.

Straight across the road you can access the track to Bryant Memorial Scenic Reserve, take a stroll to the lookout (5 mins) or wonder down to Ngaruanui Beach (15 mins) – a must do whilst staying in Raglan!

This property caters for all guests alike. Once you have taken in the majestic views, relaxed in spa, alfresco entertaining on large deck (bbq supplied) you will not want to leave!

This home captures all day sun, very warm and cosy. Heating consists of wall panels in main living area, queen and master bedroom. We have also supplied 2 oil column heaters to place throughout property as required.

The large deck is fully enclosed so ideal for those families with toddlers, child friendly.

An easy 2 minute walk to downtown Raglan to shops, cafes, pub (the hub).

Smart TV, so easy to use with your apps on your phone. We have also provided Netflix, so you can access movies etc (an extra bonus!). Free wifi.

Master bedroom bedding configuration is super king however bedding can also be 2 single beds, if preferred option. To access master bedroom you have the option of walking through queen bedroom or access outside either via ranchslider or at back of home under pergola (catering for all weather conditions). Master bedroom has ensuite with toilet, shower and vanity.

Parking spaces for 2 vehicles plus the boat…..

This north facing apartment has it all; views, surf, spa, privacy – absolutely the best location. Ideal for a romantic getaway for a couple, however can accommodate 3 guests; consisting of 1 bedroom with queen bed and pull out sofa bed in lounge, ideal for one person. Alternatively to accommodate more guests rent upstairs (G Spot – Upper), combined apartments will sleep up to 6.

This property is not ideal for babies/toddlers or young children due to having G Spot Upper apartment upstairs, we prefer to accommodate couples wanting that special getaway.

Kitchen consists of fridge, portable oven with 2 hotplates, dishwasher, wall heater in lounge area and oil column in bedroom which keeps apartment all warm and cosy plus an aux cord from speaker to your device (laptop, phone), Sky TV and internet provided.

Modern interior with large bi-folding doors opening onto deck at one end with huge glass panels other end. Private location, so go ahead treat yourselves and come enjoy the ambience this magnificent apartment has to offer.

This north facing (upper) apartment is ideal for “the romantic getaway” consisting of bedroom with kingsize bed and pull-out sofa bed in lounge (double), ideal for one extra person. An open plan entertainers delight. Alternatively to accommodate more guests rent downstairs (G Spot – Lower), combined apartments will sleep up to 6 guests.

This property is not ideal for babies/toddlers or young children due to having G Spot Lower apartment downstairs, we prefer to accommodate couples wanting that special getaway.

Wine and dine “alfresco style” on the deck, bbq, outdoor dining seating and private spa to indulge your senses.

Heating consists of wall heater in lounge and smaller heating in bedroom (if needed).

Aux cord provided from speaker system, simply just plug in your device and play music from you app.
