The studio has a central queen bed double and single sofa beds suitable for family or extra guests dining table setting for 4. Large bifold doors provides fantastic indoor outdoor living. TAWA WHARE OCEAN VIEWS

Sunny, elevated newly renovated Rustic House located in bush/stream settings with ocean views to the north. Split over 2 levels, this home is comfortable and easy access to some of Raglans best surfing, paddle boarding, kiting, fishing, bike and hiking trails. Private outdoor area with outdoor dining, firepit and fireplace indoors. Please note wood is supplied from May – September. If you require more accommodation we have (Rimu Studio) + (Pūriri Studio), please enquire within.

Other things to note

An outdoor bath is located outside to cater for those hot summer months (please note water access is via cold water tap/hose), keeping in mind water consumption is our source of water rainfall. Tawa Whare is part of a complex of 3 holiday lets with 2 other studios at the rear of the building. Each holiday let is completely separate from the others, no shared spaces with own private decks.

MURITAI WATERS incredible waterfront location

This beautiful well equipped property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac right on the waters edge overlooking the estuary with direct access using the recreational toys supplied.

Three bedroom home consisting of 2 double bedrooms on main level and large mezzanine bedroom upstairs . Open plan entertaining; kitchen/dining and lounge areas.

Bathroom facilities consists of main bathroom on main level (shower, toilet and handbasin) plus mini ensuite off main bedroom (toilet and basin).

A heatpump/airconditioning unit is your main form of heating/cooling with ceiling fan to help distribute airflow evenly. We also have additional portable heaters for bedrooms in each room.

Fabulous indoor/ outdoor flow onto large deck with outdoor furniture and bbq, perfect for those night alfresco meals enjoying sunsets with breathtaking views of Mt Karioi in the background.

We have provided, free of charge, 4 kayaks, 1 SUP board, 1 novice surfboard and 2 boogie boards, life jackets and wetsuits for you to use at your leisure.

Right at your doorstep you can enjoy “Kaitoke’s Walk”, this walkway winds its way along the inner estuary.

We offer free wifi. Also provided “Chromecast”. Using your smartphone or computer as a remote control, you can use “chromecast” to access video content from Netflix, YouTube, Hulu, the Google Play Store and other services. This is extremely useful for those who are familiar with this service (you must already have an account with providers).

Located a mere 5km from Raglan township this truly magnificent eco-friendly home boosts all modern conveniences of easy living; underfloor heating, fireplace, dishwasher, complete laundry, modern interior, extensive bifold windows and ranchsliders, designed to soak in the views from most rooms. North facing to embrace warmth and sunlight throughout the year, the ambiance of this property is hard to find in Raglan.

Well planned kitchen, providing tea, coffee, and sugar. Dining and lounge area entertainers delight capturing awe-inspiring views.

This property is designed for the larger family or extended families – not suitable for young children 2-6yrs.

Raglan Golf Course is located 4 mins drive from property (standing on the deck you can see part of the course in the distance).

“Bond Money”: this has been put in place should any breakages/damage occur whilst staying at the holiday home. Once guests have left an inspection is carried out on the same day of departure and bond refunded in 7 days (on the understanding no breakages/damage have occurred).

This north facing apartment has it all; views, surf, spa, privacy – absolutely the best location. Ideal for a romantic getaway for a couple consisting of 1 bedroom with queen bed and open plan living area with bathroom.  Alternatively to accommodate more guests rent upstairs (G Spot – Upper), combined apartments will sleep up to 4.

This property is not ideal for babies/toddlers or young children due to having G Spot Upper apartment upstairs, we prefer to accommodate couples wanting that special getaway.

Kitchen consists of fridge, portable oven with 2 hotplates, dishwasher, wall heater in lounge area and oil column in bedroom which keeps apartment all warm and cosy plus an aux cord from speaker to your device (laptop, phone), Sky TV and internet provided.

Modern interior with large bi-folding doors opening onto deck at one end with huge glass panels other end. Private location, so go ahead treat yourselves and come enjoy the ambience this magnificent apartment has to offer.

An open plan entertainers delight. Alternatively to accommodate more guests rent downstairs (G Spot – Lower), combined apartments will sleep up to 5 guests.

This property is not ideal for babies/toddlers or young children due to having G Spot Lower apartment downstairs, we prefer to accommodate couples wanting that special getaway.

Wine and dine “alfresco style” on the deck, bbq, outdoor dining seating and private spa to indulge your senses.

Heating consists of wall heater in lounge and smaller heating in bedroom (if needed).

Aux cord provided from speaker system, simply just plug in your device and play music from you app.
