TAWA WHARE OCEAN VIEWS

Sunny, elevated newly renovated Rustic House located in bush/stream settings with ocean views to the north. Split over 2 levels, this home is comfortable and easy access to some of Raglans best surfing, paddle boarding, kiting, fishing, bike and hiking trails. Private outdoor area with outdoor dining, firepit and fireplace indoors. Please note wood is supplied from May – September. If you require more accommodation we have (Rimu Studio) + (Pūriri Studio), please enquire within.

Other things to note

An outdoor bath is located outside to cater for those hot summer months (please note water access is via cold water tap/hose), keeping in mind water consumption is our source of water rainfall. Tawa Whare is part of a complex of 3 holiday lets with 2 other studios at the rear of the building. Each holiday let is completely separate from the others, no shared spaces with own private decks.

Sunny, warm, north facing stunning 3 bedroom home boasts an open plan living area. Tastefully decorated, this modern home’s stunning views will take your breath away! Open living area features electric blinds, gas fireplace and heat pump/aircon unit.

Both dining and living room areas access to expansive deck space allowing for Alfresco dining throughout the day into the night.

Smart TV provided (guests will need to access their own accounts to access apps). Bluetooth speaker provided.

Spectacular views of Tasman Sea, Manu Bay, Ngarunui Beach and views as far as the eye can see.

Directly across the road is Ngarunui Track, approximately a 20 min walk each way to beach – a must do walk ,with breathtaking scenery along the way.

Please note there is a 1 bedroom apartment downstairs that is occupied by our caretaker (not available as holiday accommodation). This has no impact on your stay as you are not sharing any outdoor entertaining areas.

This property truly has the wow factor. The moment you come through the entrance to the open plan living you will be wowed by the impressive views.

C-Scape villa is an immaculately presented home boasting open plan living areas. Master bedroom has outstanding views to wake up to from your bed with access onto deck (enjoy alfresco morning breakfast), large ensuite with shower, toilet and bidet with full size walk-in-wardrobe. Two double bedrooms complete with wardrobes, side tables and reading lights.

Heat Pump/air conditioning unit installed and oil column heaters in 3 of the bedrooms over winter months. We have a ceiling fan located in main living area over summer period. Recarpeted throughout Jan 2018.

Free wifi.

Property is located 6.2km from Raglan township, 1.3km from one of Raglan’s finest surf breaks; Manu Bay or 2.5km to Whale Bay/Indicators surf breaks. Manu Bay allows for easy launching of boat (tidal).

Located towards end of quiet no exit road with off-street parking if more than 1 vehicle.

This home sits over two levels. Guests have complete use of upper level whilst downstairs consists of another villa (completely separate) which is currently tenanted, however do not let this discourage you as both dwellings are completely private.

Straight across the road you can access the track to Bryant Memorial Scenic Reserve, take a stroll to the lookout (5 mins) or wonder down to Ngaruanui Beach (15 mins) – a must do whilst staying in Raglan!

This property caters for all guests alike. Once you have taken in the majestic views, relaxed in spa, alfresco entertaining on large deck (bbq supplied) you will not want to leave!

This home captures all day sun, very warm and cosy. Heating consists of wall panels in main living area, queen and master bedroom. We have also supplied 2 oil column heaters to place throughout property as required.

The large deck is fully enclosed so ideal for those families with toddlers, child friendly.

An easy 2 minute walk to downtown Raglan to shops, cafes, pub (the hub).

Smart TV, so easy to use with your apps on your phone. We have also provided Netflix, so you can access movies etc (an extra bonus!). Free wifi.

Master bedroom bedding configuration is super king however bedding can also be 2 single beds, if preferred option. To access master bedroom you have the option of walking through queen bedroom or access outside either via ranchslider or at back of home under pergola (catering for all weather conditions). Master bedroom has ensuite with toilet, shower and vanity.

A truly well presented two story “retro” style holiday home with views of ocean and “Indicators”surf break. Only minutes away from Raglan’s famous surf spots; Indicators, Whale Bay and Manu Bay – all within walking distance – a surfers paradise, 8.5km drive (12 mins) from Raglan township.

This home has been designed to engulf sunlight (north facing) and sheltered from predominant winds. Enjoy the large deck upstairs which flows from master bedroom to main living areas and onto deck with bbq, kitchen is well fitted out with an open plan entertainers delight directly onto dining and lounge areas. Bifolds opening to outdoor living. Smart 40″ TV, LG bluetooth system via app on iphone/android devices.

Enjoy your own private spa (4 person) surrounded with pongas and ferns. Plenty of sheltered space for surfboards and other recreational toys.

G SPOT (Upper Level) – romantic getaway

This north facing (upper) apartment is ideal for “the romantic getaway” consisting of bedroom with kingsize bed and pull-out sofa bed in lounge (double), ideal for one extra person. An open plan entertainers delight. Alternatively to accommodate more guests rent downstairs (G Spot – Lower), combined apartments will sleep up to 5 guests.

This property is not ideal for babies/toddlers or young children due to having G Spot Lower apartment downstairs, we prefer to accommodate couples wanting that special getaway.

Wine and dine “alfresco style” on the deck, bbq, outdoor dining seating and private spa to indulge your senses.

Heating consists of wall heater in lounge and smaller heating in bedroom (if needed).

Aux cord provided from speaker system, simply just plug in your device and play music from you app.

Natural waterfalls and rock features compliment the native garden landscape. You may be lucky enough to have our wee friend, the kereru bird visit amongst the trees.
